Our Bouillabaisse starter is infused with the classic flavours of Provence– fennel, pernod, & saffron plus all the classic vegetables. All you need to add is the fish. We recommend halibut, sea bass, red snapper, mussels, scallops, or clams.
Great served with our Rouilleand a side of toasted baguette smeared with our Serious Garlic Butter.
