Our Bouillabaisse starter is infused with the classic flavours of Provence – fennel, pernod, & saffron plus all the classic vegetables. All you need to add is the fish. We recommend halibut, sea bass, red snapper, mussels, scallops, or clams.

Great served with our Rouille and a side of toasted baguette smeared with our Serious Garlic Butter.
