Our Bouillabaise starter is infused with the classic flavours of Provence– fennel, pernod, & saffron plus all the classic vegetables. All you need to add is the fish. We recommend halibut, sea bass, red snapper, mussels, scallops, or clams. Serve with fresh croutons and don't forget the rouille.
Serve with Stock Market Rouille and a side of toasted baguette smeared with our Serious Garlic Butter.
